Orders with free shipping are sent on via Parcelforce 48 Signed For service. 

Same day shipping is available if you order before 2pm via Parcelforce 28 Signed For service.

EU & Rest of the World Shipping

Unfortunately, due to admin around certain Brexit changes we are not able to process orders to the EU through the site. 

Returns 

Returns T&Cs

We hope you're very happy with your online purchase from Ruskin but if you wish to return an item please see the returns card included within your package for details. Also see below.

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you – please contact us immediately if this is the case. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any grooming products, underwear, swimwear or earrings. 

NOTE : We do not accept returns for items bought in store, but an exchange or credit note is always available.

All Sale items purchased online must be returned within 7 days for a full refund & within 14 days for in store credit. After this period we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as quickly as possible via your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs. 

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your item then please contact us & advise which item you would like to exchange it for. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs.

How to return an order

Return in store: We will be in store Mon-Sat between 10:00am-5:00pm and Sunday between 11:00am and 4:00pm for returns to be dropped off.

Return by post: To return your product, please use the below address. We suggest you use a "signed for" service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We suggest you use a tracked service to return your goods.
